Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation on the Karrix platform as a Delivery Company (DC) Partner — a company that accepts and fulfils delivery orders through the Karrix network. By completing onboarding and signing your partnership agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Karrix partner network, you confirm that:
- You represent a legally registered company in Kuwait.
- You have authority to bind your company to these Terms.
- You have read and agreed to these Terms and the Partner Privacy Policy.
- Your company and its drivers will comply with all applicable Kuwait traffic, labour, and commercial laws.
02 Partnership with Karrix
As a DC Partner, you are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Karrix. Karrix provides access to the order dispatch platform; you are responsible for delivering orders accepted through that platform. The relationship between Karrix and DC Partners is non-exclusive — you may work with other platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
03 Onboarding & Verification
- You must provide accurate company registration details, civil ID, and contact information during onboarding.
- You must sign the Karrix digital partnership agreement before receiving any live orders.
- Karrix reserves the right to conduct background checks and verify submitted documents.
- Any material change to your company structure, ownership, or operational area must be reported to Karrix within 7 days.
04 Order Acceptance & Dispatch
- You will receive broadcast orders within your configured service areas and time slots.
- Orders must be accepted or rejected within the configured acceptance window. Failure to respond results in the order being re-broadcast to the next tier.
- Once accepted, you are contractually committed to completing the delivery or initiating a return.
- You must not accept orders you do not have the capacity to fulfil.
05 Driver Management
- You are solely responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the drivers assigned to Karrix orders.
- All drivers must hold valid Kuwait driving licences appropriate for their vehicle type.
- Drivers must use the Karrix driver mobile application for all order updates, photo captures, and GPS reporting.
- You are liable for the conduct of your drivers during delivery operations.
06 Delivery Standards & SLAs
- Express orders must be delivered within the published same-day window (4–7 hours from pickup).
- Scheduled orders must be picked up and delivered within the booked time slot.
- Drivers must capture a photo at pickup and a photo proof of delivery at completion.
- Failed delivery attempts must be reported immediately via the driver app with a reason code.
- Undelivered packages must be returned to the client's pickup location within 24 hours.
07 Package Liability
You accept full responsibility for every package from the moment your driver confirms pickup until successful delivery or return. You are liable for:
- Loss or theft of packages while in your custody.
- Physical damage to packages caused during handling or transit.
- COD amounts collected but not remitted to Karrix on time.
Karrix may deduct the value of lost or damaged goods from your settlement if liability is established through dispute review.
08 Earnings & Settlement
- Your delivery fee per order is defined in your signed partnership agreement and the current rate card.
- Earnings are calculated based on successfully completed deliveries confirmed by photo proof.
- COD collections must be remitted to Karrix within the agreed settlement cycle.
- Karrix may withhold payment pending resolution of open disputes or liability claims.
- Fee rates may be revised with 30 days' written notice.
09 Platform Conduct
You and your drivers must not:
- Tamper with, open, or inspect package contents.
- Solicit clients directly or attempt to bypass the Karrix platform for orders introduced through it.
- Misuse photo proof features by submitting false or staged delivery confirmation images.
- Share platform access credentials with unauthorised individuals.
10 Performance & Suspension
Karrix monitors DC Partner performance including acceptance rate, on-time delivery rate, and dispute frequency. Partners falling below minimum performance thresholds will be notified and given a 14-day improvement period. Failure to improve may result in tier demotion or suspension from the network.
11 Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice. Karrix may terminate immediately for fraud, repeated SLA failures, driver misconduct, or material breach. All outstanding deliveries must be completed or returned before termination takes effect. Pending earnings will be settled within 30 days of the termination date.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.
13 Changes to These Terms
Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued operation as a DC Partner constitutes acceptance.
